SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are shipped with a return slip on the backside of your invoice. Please fill this form out and include it with your return.
Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or exchange ONLY. Returns/exchanges are ONLY accepted within 14 days of invoice date. Final sale (no returns) on all sale items, jewelry, handbags and accessories. Shipping and handling on returned/exchanged merchandise is nonrefundable. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached to the merchandise.
All items purchased online must be returned online; You can also return online purchases in our stores as long as it meets all guidelines. Once the merchandise is returned/received, store credit will be issued. Please note that it may take 7-10 days to receive your store credit.

All orders are processed within 48 hours if your order is received Monday through Friday before 12PM CST. This DOES NOT include weekends. This means that if you ordered on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed for shipping the following Monday, unless that Monday falls on a holiday.
All packages are shipped uninsured, therefore; we will not be held responsible if USPS loses your package.
